科技创新视角下农业科研院所乡村振兴战略实施探讨——以河南省农业科学院为例

Discussion on the Practice of Academy of Agricultural Sciences in Helping Rural Revitalization under the Background of Agricultural Science and Technology Innovation—Taking Henan Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an Example

实施乡村振兴战略,是中国特色社会主义进入新时代做好“三农”工作的总抓手。农业科研院所作为农业科技创新的引领者和中坚力量,肩负着农业高质量发展和乡村振兴的重任。立足河南省农业科学院积极推进乡村振兴战略实践,在深入分析总结“三农”工作成效及问题的基础上,提出了从加快种业基础研究、学科方向任务调整、农业绿色发展技术供给侧研究、示范推广模式创新、科技创新与产业融合5个方面的思路和建议,为农业科技创新助推乡村振兴战略实施提供参考。

The rural vitalization strategy is the key to our efforts concerning agriculture,rural areas and farmers in the new era.As the leader of agricultural science and technology innovation,academy of agricultural sciences play the important role on high-quality development in agriculture and rural revitalization.Based on the the practice of Henan Academy of Agricultural Sciences in helping rural revitalization,this paper analyzes the achievements and problems about the work of“agriculture,rural areas and farmers”and puts forward some suggestions from five aspects,such as accelerating the basic research of seed industry,adjusting the subject direction,strengthening the search on green development technology in agriculture,innovating the model of demonstration and extension of agricultural scientific and technological achievements,promoting the integration of scientific and technological innovation and industry.
