基于文本挖掘的自然灾害遗址型景区形象分析——以九寨沟为例

目前自然灾害遗址型旅游地的研究主要集中在震后灾害预防上,较少从游客情感上加以分析。本文以九寨沟景区为例,对来自旅游网站上的游客评论数据预处理后再进行词性标注、词性分析,再分别利用自然语言处理工具snowNLP及朴素贝叶斯分类进行情感分析,最后经过实证得出结论。结果表明,正向评价主要集中在自然风景。负向评论中主要集中于景区服务水平、对游览观光车司机的满意度、当地配套基础设施等问题。最后对九寨沟旅游景区做出分析及定位,提出营销策略。

Now,the research on Disastrous-relics Scenic Spots focuses on the prevention of the earthquake disaster and less on the emotional analysis of the tourists.This paper takes Jiuzhaigou as an example,preprocess the comments data,tags and analyze the speech,implements the emotional analysis with the nature language procession tools and na?ve Bayes and gets the results after empirical experiments.The results show that positive comments focus on the nature view and negative comments focus on service、driver and local infrastructure.Finally,the marketing strategy is proposed.
