基于DIMINE块段模型创建Flac3D模型的方法研究

Research on the Method of Creating Flac3D Model Based on DIMINE Block Model

Flac3D软件在矿业工程领域边坡稳定性分析、采场结构稳定性分析等方面用途广泛,但存在复杂模型创建困难、处理工作量大的问题。为此提出一种基于DIMINE块段模型创建Flac3D模型的方法:1)采用DIMINE三维矿业软件创建复杂真三维模型;2)建立块段模型;3)对模型进行属性赋值;4)导出为Excel文件;5)编写Flac3D建模代码程序。通过云南某矿山案例,建立地形模型、矿体模型,并进行地应力赋值,表明该模型可以用来进行Flac3D软件数值计算,验证了采用DIMINE块段模型创建Flac3D模型的方法具有可行性。

Flac3D is widely used in slope stability analysis and stope structure stability analysis in mining engineering.But it is difficult to create complex models and there is a large amount of processing workload.Therefore,we propose a method to convert DIMINE model into Flac3D model.The steps of this method are:1)Using DIMINE 3D mining software to create complex true 3D model;2)Building block model;3)Assigning attributes to the model;4)Exporting to Excel file;5)Writing Flac3D modeling code programs.Based on the basic data of a mine in Yunnan Province,we try to establish the topographic model and ore body model,and make a geostress distribution.The results show that this model can be used for Flac3D numerical calculation,which verifies the feasibility of converting DIMINE model into Flac3D model.
