摘要
目的考察通腑醒神汤对脑卒中后认知功能障碍患者的临床疗效。方法86例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组43例,对照组采用常规治疗联合胞磷胆碱钠,观察组在对照组基础上加用通腑醒神汤,疗程1个月。检测临床疗效,MoCA评分,NIHSS评分,中医证候评分,血清NSE、BNDF、GFAP,血浆IL-4、IFN-γ、Th1/Th2,不良反应发生率变化。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组MoCA评分、BNDF、IL-4升高(P<0.05),NIHSS评分、中医证候评分、NSE、GFAP、INF-γ、Th1/Th2降低(P<0.05),以观察组更明显(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论通腑醒神汤可安全有效地调节脑卒中后认知功能障碍患者血清BNDF水平、血浆Th1/Th2,改善认知功能、神经功能。
AIM To investigate the clinical effects of Tongfu Xingshen Decoction on patients with poststroke cognitive impairment.METHODS Eighty-six patients were randomly assigned into control group(43 cases)for 1-month intervention of both conventional treatment and citicoline sodium,and observation group(43 cases)for 1-month intervention of conventional treatment,citicoline sodium and Tongfu Xingshen Decoction.The changes in clinical efficacy,MoCA score,NIHSS score,TCM syndrome score,serum NSE,BNDF,GFAP,plasma IL-4,IFN,Th1/Th2 and incidence of adverse reactions were detected.RESULTS The observation group demonstrated higher total effective rate than the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the two groups displayed increased MoCA score,BNDF,IL-4(P<0.05),and decreased NIHSS score,TCM syndrome score,NSE,GFAP,INF-γ,Th1/Th2(P<0.05),especially for the observation group(P<0.05).No significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions was found between the two groups(P>0.05).CONCLUSION For the patients with poststroke cognitive impairment,Tongfu Xingshen Decoction can safely and effectively adjust serum BNDF level,plasma Th1/Th2,and improve cognitive function,neurological function.
