基于电磁波检测的高压低零值瓷绝缘子判别技术及应用

摘要 瓷质绝缘子因常年暴露在户外,容易受到雷击、雨雪、污闪的影响导致绝缘击穿而成为零值绝缘子。为优化提升零值绝缘子的损伤辨识精度,提出一种基于电磁波检测的高压零值绝缘子判别技术。利用磁天线阵列的方向性与组阵压缩磁天线感知信号空间,使磁天线屏蔽压缩空间外的噪声和干扰信号。设计宽频带磁天线采集系统,通过宽、窄频磁天线接收零值瓷绝缘子在高压状态下的放电电磁脉冲信号,利用FFT技术对采集信号进行数据处理,根据频谱波形的幅度波动即可判断被测绝缘子是否存在放电现象以及放电严重程度。现场实验印证了所提方法的有效性和实用性。 Porcelain insulators become zero value insulators because they are exposed outdoors all year round and are vulnerable to lightning, rain, snow and pollution flashover, resulting in insulation breakdown. In order to optimize and improve the damage identification accuracy of zero value insulators, a high voltage zero value insulator identification technology based on electromagnetic wave detection is proposed in this paper. The directivity and array of magnetic antenna array are used to compress the sensing signal space of magnetic antenna, so that the magnetic antenna can shield the noise and interference signals outside the compressed space. A wide-band magnetic antenna acquisition system is designed to receive the discharge electromagnetic pulse signal of zero value porcelain insulator under high voltage through wide-band and narrow-band magnetic antenna. The collected signal is processed by FFT technology. According to the amplitude fluctuation of spectrum waveform, whether there is discharge phenomenon and discharge severity of the tested insulator can be judged. Field experiments verify the effectiveness and practicability of the proposed method.
