摘要
在泌尿系统医学检验和临床诊断中,膀胱治疗仪发挥重要作用,但膀胱治疗仪故障发生率较高,为了提高膀胱治疗仪故障诊断效能,提出基于数据监测的膀胱治疗仪故障在线监测方法。构建膀胱治疗仪故障数据采集模型,采用级联传感器实现对膀胱治疗仪故障类型化参数采集和特征分析,分析膀胱治疗仪的可控性负荷参数,提取膀胱治疗仪故障关联规则特征量,采用子空间辨识的方法,实现对膀胱治疗仪故障特征分离和聚类分析,采用数据在线监测和统计分析的方法,通过数据动态特征检测和故障特征提取,实现膀胱治疗仪故障在线监测。仿真测试结果表明,采用该方法进行膀胱治疗仪故障检测的准确性较高,故障诊断性能较好,提高了膀胱治疗仪各种类型化故障的在线检测和诊断能力。
The bladder therapy instrument plays an important role In the medical examination and clinical diagnosis of the urology, but its failure rate is high. In order to improve the failure diagnosis efficiency of bladder therapy instrument, an online monitoring method of bladder therapy instrument failure based on data monitoring is proposed. The fault data collection model of bladder therapeutic apparatus is constructed. Cascade sensors are used to collect and analyze the fault type parameters of bladder therapeutic apparatus, and controllable load parameters of bladder therapeutic apparatus are analyzed, and fault association rules feature quantities of bladder therapeutic apparatus are extracted. Subspace identification method is used to separate and cluster the fault features of bladder therapeutic apparatus, and data online monitoring and statistical analysis method is used to realize online monitoring of bladder therapeutic apparatus through dynamic feature detection and fault feature extraction. The simulation results show that this method has high accuracy and good fault diagnosis performance, and improves the online detection and diagnosis ability of various types of faults of bladder therapeutic apparatus.
