新时代下的冰雪景观艺术人才培养模式探索

EXPLORING THE TRAINING MODE OF ICE AND SNOW LANDSCAPE ART TALENTS IN THE NEW ERA

随着国内冰雪景观旅游的蓬勃开展,冰雪艺术人才供需矛盾凸显,传统的人才培养模式已不适应产业的发展需求。文章首先阐述了冰雪艺术的概念,然后分析了目前新时代下冰雪景观艺术人才的供求矛盾,最后提出调整教学目标、教学方式、教学内容的冰雪景观艺术人才培养模式。以期为高校冰雪艺术人才培养模式提供新思路,做好冰雪景观发展“人才保障”服务。

With the vigorous development of ice and snow landscape tourism in China,the contradiction between supply and demand of ice and snow art talents is prominent,and the traditional talent training mode can no longer adapt to the needs of industrial development.This paperfirst expounds the concept of ice and snow art,then analyzes the contradiction between supply and demand of ice and snow landscape art talents in the new era,andfinally puts forward the training mode of ice and snow landscape art talents which adjusts the teaching objectives,teaching methods and teaching contents.In order to put forward new ideas for the training mode of ice and snow art talents in colleges and universities,and do a good job in the"talent security"service of ice and snow landscape development.
