移情设计在老年人智能厨具产品中的应用研究

RESEARCH ON THE APPLICATION OF EMPATHIC DESIGN IN INTELLIGENT KITCHENWARE PRODUCTS FOR THE ELDERLY

随着年龄的增加,老年人的各项身体机能随之下降,日常生活中可能会出现一系列问题,厨房是与老年人生活密不可分的活动空间,因此需要给老年人提供一个更加舒适的烹饪环境。文章将移情设计理论引入老年人智能厨具设计中,首先对移情设计进行概述,其次对老年人智能厨具的发展现状和老年人的心理、生理、消费特征进行深入地分析,最后对智能厨具产品移情设计的三个层次进行了简要分析,并提出了移情设计在老年人智能厨具产品中的应用思路、原则及方法。以期为老年人提供更舒适的烹饪环境,提高老年人的幸福指数。

With the increase of age,the physical functions of the elderly decline,and a series of problems will occur in daily life.The kitchen is an inseparable activity space with the life of the elderly,so it is necessary to provide a more comfortable cooking environment for the elderly.The article introduces the empathy design theory into the design process of smart kitchen utensils for the elderly.Firstly,the empathy design is summarized;secondly,the development status of intelligent kitchenware for the elderly and the psychological,physiological and consumption characteristics of the elderly are deeply analyzed;finally,the three levels of empathy design of intelligent kitchenware products are briefly analyzed,In order to provide a more comfortable cooking environment for the elderly and improve their happiness index,the application ideas,principles and methods of empathetic design in the design of intelligent kitchenware products are put forward.In order to provide a more comfortable cooking environment for the elderly,improve the elderly's happiness index.
