摘要
目的研究垂体腺瘤患者术前血清生长激素(GH)、泌乳素(PRL)、促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)、背景前梯度同源蛋白2(AGR2)表达与术后临床病理特征。方法选取2020年1月至2022年1月于该院诊断并给予治疗的垂体腺瘤患者120例作为观察对象,比较不同侵袭性、不同病理分期患者GH、PRL、ACTH、AGR2表达水平之间的差异,研究术后病理组织免疫组织化学结果与血清学结果一致性,分析侵袭性与GH、PRL、ACTH、AGR2的相关性。结果患者术后病理组织免疫组织化学结果与血清学结果一致性较强;侵袭性患者的GH(t=15.122,P<0.05),PRL(t=17.597,P<0.05),ACTH(t=7.979,P<0.05)、AGR2(t=4.421,P<0.05)表达水平高于非侵袭性患者;微腺瘤、大腺瘤及巨大腺瘤患者的GH、PRL、ACTH、AGR2表达水平之间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);通过相关性分析,侵袭性与GH、PRL、ACTH、AGR2表达水平呈正相关(r>0,P<0.05)。结论垂体腺瘤患者术后病理组织免疫组织化学结果与血清学结果一致性较强,病理类型与血清GH、PRL、ACTH、AGR2表达水平存在一定关系。
Objective To investigate the expression of serum growth hormone(GH),prolactin(PRL),adrenocorticotropic hormone(ACTH),background pre-gradient homologous protein 2(AGR2)before operation and the clinicopathological characteristics of patients with pituitary adenoma after operation.Methods Totally 120 patients with pituitary adenomas diagnosed and treated in the hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects.The expression levels of GH,PRL,ACTH and AGR2 in the patients with different invasiveness and different pathological stages were compared,the consistency between immunohistochemical results of postoperative pathological tissues and serological results was studied,and the correlation between invasiveness and GH,PRL,ACTH and AGR2 was analyzed.Results The immunohistochemical results of postoperative pathological tissues were in good agreement with the serological results.The expression levels of GH(t=15.122,P<0.05),PRL(t=17.597,P<0.05),ACTH(t=7.979,P<0.05)and AGR2(t=4.421,P<0.05)in invasive patients were higher than those in non-invasive patients.There was no obvious difference in the expression levels of GH,PRL,ACTH and AGR2 among patients with microadenomas,macroadenomas and giant adenomas(P>0.05).Through correlation analysis,invasion was positively correlated with the expression level of GH,PRL,ACTH and AGR2(r>0,P<0.05).Conclusion The pathological immunohistochemical results of postoperative pathological tissues of patients with pituitary adenoma surgery are in good agreement with the serological results.The pathological type is related with the expression levels of serum GH,PRL,ACTH and AGR2.
