摘要
学生学习产出推动高等教育深刻变革,美国的学习产出“评价运动”很有代表性。美国学习产出评价的缘起、动因和现状,评价程序的规划评价方案、搜集评价证据和分析评价结果,直接评价法和间接评价法等9种评价工具的优势与缺陷、三角测量法及其应用,对我国工程教育专业认证的启示是:国家层面要推动高等教育质量保障从“资源模式”向“能力模式”转型,高校层面要推动教育理念从课程导向向产出导向转变,教师层面要推动教学模式从教材导向向产出导向转变。
Student learning outcome has been promoting great changes in higher education.The“Assessment Movement”of learning outcomes in the United States is representative.The origin,motivation and status of learning outcome assessment in the United States;assessment scheme planning/assessment evidences collecting/assessment results analyzing;advantages,disadvantages as well as the application of nine assessment tools and the triangulation assessment procedures of direct and indirect assessment methods,show enlightenment to China engineering education accreditation:higher education quality assurance model transformation from resource model to capability model at nation level;educational concept transformation from curriculum-based to outcome-based at institution level;teaching mode transformation from textbook-based to outcome-based at teacher level.
