知识治理视角下深化职业教育产教融合的课程变革 被引量:7

The Curriculum Reform of Deepening the Integration of Industry and Education in Vocational Education from the Perspective of Knowledge Governance

摘要 职业教育深化产教融合是“十四五”规划的战略安排,也是推动职业教育高质量发展的基础工程。知识治理与产教融合强调协商的特性在本质上相契合,知识治理视角下职业教育产教融合是产业知识与教育知识的知识流交融,也是一种技术技能人才培养的课程知识交融机制,其目标是形成促进产教深度融合的知识生产结构、知识流通结构与知识储存结构。作为知识治理载体的课程变革则是职业教育产教融合深化的关键,二者相辅相成,既能促进产教融合形成紧密构合的复杂机制,又能畅通知识流通结构,深化职业教育产教融合。深化职业教育产教融合应采取从宏观到微观的三项策略:一是革新国家与地区层面的课程领导,推进职业教育产教融合知识治理;二是加强组织间信息协商与合作,实施课程知识全过程管理;三是推动师生行动层面的经验提炼,形成知识治理自组织系统。 The deepening of the integration of industry and education in vocational education is a strategic arrangement of the“14th Five-Year Plan”,and it is also a basic project to promote the high-quality development of vocational education.Knowledge governance and the integration of industry and education emphasize that the characteristics of negotiation are essentially consistent.From the perspective of knowledge governance,the integration of industry and education in vocational education is the knowledge exchange and integration of industrial knowledge and educational knowledge.The goal is to form a knowledge production structure,a knowledge circulation structure and a knowledge storage structure that promote the deep integration of industry and education.Curriculum reform as the carrier of knowledge governance is the key to the deepening of the integration of industry and education in vocational education.The two complement each other,which can not only promote the integration of industry and education to form a complex mechanism of close integration,but also unblock the structure of knowledge circulation and deepen the integration of industry and education in vocational education.Therefore,to deepen the integration of industry and education in vocational education,three strategies should be adopted from macro to micro:one is to innovate curriculum leadership at the national and regional levels,and to promote knowledge governance of the integration of industry and education in vocational education;second,implement the whole process of course knowledge management;the third is to promote the experience extraction of teachers and students at the action level to form a knowledge governance self-organizing system.
