现代学徒制中企业责任行为的合法性判定及超越——基于社会学新制度主义的视角 被引量:2

Legal Judgment and Transcendence of Enterprise Responsibility Behavior in Modern Apprenticeship——Based on the Perspective of Sociological Neo-institutionalism

摘要 现代学徒制中企业责任行为的选择主要受两种逻辑力量的影响,即效率逻辑与合法性逻辑,前者体现着企业作为经济组织基于效率考量的必然选择,后者则彰显着企业作为社会组织基于合法性建构的应然追求。当前,现代学徒制中企业责任行为的合法性问题日益突出,合法性逻辑尚未真正确立,这主要表现在企业责任行为的规制合法性不足、规范合法性欠缺以及文化—认知合法性孱弱三个方面。因此,借鉴组织社会学的新制度主义思想,聚焦组织行为的合法性逻辑建构,重塑现代学徒制中的企业责任行为,将是解决现代学徒制中企业责任行为合法性问题的必由之路。具体而言,应重视规制性要素的主导形塑,保证正式制度供给的稳健长效;加强规范性要素的协同形塑,保证契约制度供给的协调补充;强化文化—认知性要素的内在形塑,保证校企合作文化的积极营造。 The choice of enterprise responsibility behavior in modern apprenticeship system is mainly influenced by two logical forces,namely efficiency logic and legitimacy logic.The former reflects the inevitable choice of enterprises as economic organizations based on efficiency considerations,while the latter shows the inevitable pursuit of enterprises as social organizations based on legitimacy construction.At present,the legitimacy of enterprise responsibility behavior in modern apprenticeship is increasingly prominent,and the legitimacy logic has not really been established,which is mainly reflected in the lack of regulatory legitimacy of enterprise responsibility behavior,lack of normative legitimacy and weak culture-cognitive legitimacy.Therefore,the only way to solve the problem of legitimacy of enterprise responsibility behavior in modern apprenticeship system is to draw lessons from the new institutionalism of organizational sociology,focus on the logical construction of legitimacy of organizational behavior,and reshape enterprise responsibility behavior in modern apprenticeship system.Specifically,emphasis should be placed on the dominant shaping of regulatory elements to ensure the steady and long-term supply of formal institutions.Strengthen the coordination of normative elements to ensure the coordination and supplement of contract system supply;Strengthen the internal shaping of culture-cognitive elements to ensure the positive construction of school-enterprise cooperation culture.
