学优本科生的时间分配特征及其学习效果——以H大学国家奖学金获得者为样本 被引量:2

Characteristics of Academically Excellent Undergraduates’Time Allocation and Their Learning Outcomes——Samples of National Scholarship Recipients at H University

摘要 时间分配是影响大学生学习效果的重要因素。运用H大学四轮本科生学情调查数据,抽取其中的国家奖学金获得者作为样本,通过描述统计、分组比较、回归分析等方法,研究学优本科生的时间分配特征及其对学习效果的影响。结果显示,学优本科生时间主要分配于学业发展上,其次为素质拓展和休闲娱乐。时间分配上,学优本科生群体内部高度趋同,但与其他本科生存在显著差异。对学优本科生的学习效果,学业发展时间有不显著正向影响,素质拓展时间有显著正向影响,休闲娱乐时间总体有显著负向影响。加入控制变量后,学业发展时间正向影响变大但依然不显著,素质拓展时间正向影响和休闲娱乐时间负面影响变小,显著性消失。总体看,时间分配只有结合自主学习、院校归属感、生师互动等因素,才能对学优本科生学习效果产生显著影响。 Time allocation is an important factor affecting the learning outcomes of college students.By using the data of four rounds of undergraduate survey at H University and taking National Scholarship Recipients as samples,this paper studies the characteristics of academically excellent undergraduates’time allocation and its influence on their learning outcomes through descriptive statistics,group comparison,and regression analysis.The results show that the time of these academically excellent under graduates is mainly spent on academic development,followed by quality development and leisure.In terms of time allocation,there is a high degree of similarities within the group of academically excellent undergraduates,but there are significant differences from other undergraduates.As for the learning outcomes of these academically excellent graduates,the academic development time has a positive but not significant effect,the quality development time has a significant positive effect,and the leisure time has a significant negative effect in general.After adding the control variables,the positive effect of academic development time becomes larger but still insignificant,the positive effect of quality development time and the negative effect of leisure time become smaller,and the significance disappears.In general,only when combined with factors such as self-regulated learning,a sense of belonging to a college or university,and student-teacher interaction,will time allocation have a significant impact on the learning outcomes of academically excellent undergraduates.
