两挡变速器增程式电动汽车动力性研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了提高增程式电动汽车的动力性,以某无变速器的增程式电动汽车为研究对象,基于整车基本参数和动力性能参数,合理匹配两挡变速器。运用CRUISE软件对整车的动力性进行仿真,验证动力性参数匹配的合理性。仿真结果表明:在增程式电动汽车上搭载两挡变速器的方案是可行的,最高车速提高了7.4%、爬坡度增加了19.5%,百公里加速时间缩短了3.4%,整车的动力性比原来有所提高,为后期增程式电动汽车的实车改造提供了参考依据。 In order to improve the power performance of range extended electric vehicles,the range extended electric vehicle with no transmission is taken as the research object,and the two-shift transmission is reasonably matched based on the vehicle basic parameters and dynamic performance parameters.The power performance of the whole vehicle is simulated by CRUISE software to verify the rationality of the matching of power parameters.The simulation results show that the scheme of carrying a two-shift transmission on the range extended electric vehicle is feasible,the maximum speed has increased by 7.4%,the climbing slope has increased by 19.5%,the acceleration time of 100km has been shortened by 3.4%,and the power performance of the whole vehicle has been improved.It provides a reference basis for the real vehicle transformation of the range extended electric vehicle in the later stage.
