单臂架门座起重机的变幅机构尺寸优化设计

摘要 以3 t-15 m单臂架门座起重机变幅系统为研究对象,运用MATLAB对变幅系统的主要尺寸进行优化,其目的是保证吊重在变幅过程中沿水平或尽可能沿接近水平线轨迹移动。在常规设计时,变幅系统的很多参数都是根据以往的经验进行设计选定,很难精准地设计出符合机构性能要求的机构尺寸。建立单臂架门座起重机变幅系统的数学模型,利用MATLAB优化工具箱进行优化设计,并将优化前、后的吊重中心高度变化量随幅度变化的运行轨迹进行对比,结果显示优化后的吊重水平性较初始设计好很多,优化结果合理。 Taking the luffing system of 3t-15m single jib gantry crane as the research object,the main dimensions of the luffing system are optimized by MATLAB in order to ensure that the load moves along the horizontal or near the horizontal track as far as possible in the process of luffing.In the conventional design,many parameters of the luffing system are designed and selected according to the previous experience,so it is difficult to accurately design the mechanism size that meets the performance requirements of the mechanism,and establish the mathematical model of the luffing system of the single jib gantry crane.The optimization design is carried out by using the MATLAB optimization toolbox,and the running trajectories of the height changes of the lifting center with the amplitude before and after optimization are compared.The results show that the lifting levelness after optimization is much better than that of the initial design,and the optimization result is reasonable.
