摘要
金属成形压力机是制造加工行业主要设备之一,普遍用于金属成形加工。液压系统是金属成形压力机的重要组成部分,根据生产实际设计了一套具有三个液压执行缸的专用液压系统,能很好地完成成形模组的装调及金属产品成形压制加工。根据液压系统原理图,采用三维软件进行仿真设计,选型合适的换向阀、插装阀、溢流阀、压力表等液压控制元件在液压阀块上完成虚拟装配,优化阀块内部油路管道的布局,使整个液压控制组件在阀块上高度集成,并完成液压泵站整体设计。通过该设计可以很好地提升液压系统泵站的可靠性,从而提高金属成形加工的生产效率。
Hydroforming press is widely used in machining industry,which is often used in metal forming process.Hydraulic system is an important part of metal forming press.According to the actual production,this paper designs a special hydraulic system with three hydraulic actuators,which can well complete the assembly and adjustment of forming module and the forming and pressing processing of metal products.According to the schematic diagram of the hydraulic system,the three-dimensional software is used for simulation design.The hydraulic control components such as directional valve,cartridge valve,overflow valve and pressure gauge are selected to complete the virtual assembly on the hydraulic valve block,optimize the layout of the oil pipeline inside the valve block,make the whole hydraulic control components highly integrated on the valve block,and complete the overall design of the hydraulic pump station.This design can improve the reliability of the hydraulic system pump station and improve the production efficiency for subsequent processing.
