摘要
为满足沥青道路优质高效铺设需求,针对沥青道路在实际工程应用中出现的问题,基于组合式思想设计了新型振压高固式压路机。对新型振压高固式压路机的设计原理、结构组成和工业设计进行了介绍,并根据振动式压路实际需求进行了有限元仿真分析。分析结果表明:新型振压高固式压路机可优质、高效、低成本、多功能实现沥青道路铺设工作。
In order to meet the demand of high quality and efficient laying of asphalt road,aiming at the problems in practical engineering application of asphalt road,a new type of vibratory high solid road roller is designed based on the idea of combination.The design principle,structure composition and industrial design of the new type vibratory roller are introduced,and the finite element simulation analysis is carried out according to the actual demand of vibratory roller.The analysis results show that the new vibratory high solid roller can realize the laying of asphalt road with high quality,high efficiency,low cost and multi-function.
