尺寸模型在闭式齿轮箱加工工艺研究中的应用

摘要 叙述了尺寸模型建立的方法。通过尺寸模型可精确获得闭式齿轮箱中各零件的设计基准、尺寸、公差,完整地表达了闭式齿轮箱中全部目标尺寸与零件尺寸间的关系,为有效提高闭式齿轮箱加工工艺提供了一种新思路。 The method of building dimensional model is described in detail.The design datum,dimension and tolerance of each part in the closed gear box are obtained accurately through the dimensional model,the relationship between all the target dimensions of the closed gear box and the size of the parts is completely expressed.A new idea provided for improving the processing technology of the closed gear box effectively.
