大中型永磁同步电动机定、转子合装工艺研究

Research on Stator and Rotor Assembly Technology of Large and Medium-Sized Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor

针对大中型永磁电机的定、转子装配工艺,介绍了常用的两种合装方法及其优缺点,分析了装配过程中的技术难点,并针对技术难点设计了一套兼具实用性和简易性的定、转子合装方案,通过实际使用证明该方案具备可行性。

In view of the assembly technology of stator and rotor of large and medium permanent magnet motor,this paper introduces two common assembly methods and their advantages and disadvantages,analyzes the technical difficulties in the assembly process,aiming at the technical difficulties,a practical and simple stator-rotor assembly scheme is designed,and the feasibility of the scheme is proved by practical application.
