The shell of power cabin is one of the key parts of a product.In the stage of scientific research and trial production,there is an obvious color difference problem after anodizing of some shell,which seriously affects the development progress of the product.In order to solve the problem of anodizing color difference of the shell of the power cabin,according to the anatomical test results and the influence factors of the ingot processing process,the cause of the fault was determined and the improvement measures were put forward.It has been proved that the measures are effective,and the problem of anodizing color difference of the shell in the power cabin has been solved successfully.
