摘要
针对船舶供油系统设备繁杂、控制精度低的问题,为了提高系统可靠性,以及供油量和系统压力的稳定性,研究了供油控制系统的基本结构和原理,设计和开发了一套兼具简便化、网络化特点的船舶供油控制系统,并对系统的软、硬件进行了设计。供油系统以西门子PLC为核心,通过集成阀块和采集装置对系统数据进行实时监测处理,提高了供油系统自动化程度,实现了船舶设备稳定可靠的自动化供油。
In view of the complicated equipment and low control precision of the marine oil supply system,in order to improve the reliability of the system and the stability of oil supply and system pressure,the basic structure and principle of the oil supply control system are studied,a set of marine oil supply control system with the characteristics of simplification and networking is designed and developed,and the software and hardware of the system are designed.The oil supply system takes Siemens PLC as the core,and the system data are monitored and processed in real time by integrating valve blocks and acquisition devices,which improves the degree of automation of the oil supply system and realizes the stable and reliable automatic oil supply of marine equipment.
