摘要
针对皮带运输机驱动系统存在的电能损耗大、运行效率低、机械冲击严重的问题,提出基于变频控制的皮带运输机驱动系统优化方案。重点分析了以CAN总线通讯为基础、以CPU315-2DP为核心的皮带运输机驱动系统硬件、软件设计方案,以“一拖一”模式实现机头、机尾电机的变频驱动控制。实际应用情况表明:优化后的皮带运输机驱动系统满足设计要求,在降低机械冲击、提高运行效率的同时,达到了节能降耗的目的,社会经济效益良好。
In the view of the problems of high power loss,low operating efficiency and serious mechanical impact of belt conveyor drive system,an optimization scheme of belt conveyor drive system based on frequency conversion control was proposed.The hardware and software design of the belt conveyor drive system based on CAN bus communication and centered on CPU315-2DP is analyzed.The frequency conversion drive control of the head and tail motors is realized in the mode of"one tow one".The practical application shows that the optimized belt conveyor drive control system meets the design requirements,and achieves the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction while reducing mechanical impact and improving operation efficiency,with good social and economic benefits.
