摘要 蒸汽在使用过程中会产生大量冷凝水,这些冷凝水是优质的热源给水,回收利用冷凝水就是节约资源。目前生产过程中产生的蒸汽冷凝水一般都会使用密闭的水箱收集,其液位检测采用静压式液位计,但由于长期浸泡在高温、高湿液体中,液位计的稳定性会降低,致使设备故障频发,冷凝水只能从溢流口白白流掉,造成水资源浪费。为了保证准确高效地检测到冷凝水的液位信息,设计了一种蒸汽冷凝水液位检测装置与控制系统,内部液位的检测采用机械结构,通过该检测机构将液位信息传送到外部多个接近开关传感器,接近开关将转化后的液位信息传送到控制系统,从而实现了对液位的有效控制。 The steam in the process of use will produce a lot of condensed water,is a high quality heat source water supply.Recycling and utilization of condensate is to save resources.The current production process of steam condensed water usually use airtight tank to collect,the liquid level detection using static pressure type level gauge,but to soak for a long time in high temperature,high humidity liquid level gauge,can reduce its stability,causing frequent equipment failure,condensate can only flow from the overflow mouth made in vain,cause waste of water resources.In order to ensure accurate and efficient detection of the condensate liquid level information,a kind of liquid level detection device and control system of steam condensate is designed,the internal liquid level detection adopts a mechanical structure,through which the liquid level information is transmitted to multiple external proximity switch sensors,and the proximity switch transmits the transformed liquid level information to the control system to achieve effective control of the liquid level.
