摘要
在带式输送机的托辊处安装电子皮带秤实时检测负载,将变频器作为带式输送机头尾电机的驱动装置,利用PLC作为控制器,根据带式输送机的实时负载自动调节电机转速,实现轻载时电机慢转、满载时电机快转,从而达到节能的目的。此外,系统还配置有皮带综合保护装置,提高了带式输送机的安全性和可靠性。
The electronic belt scale is installed at the supporting roller of the belt conveyor to detect the load in real time,the frequency converter is used as the driving device of the head and tail motor of the belt conveyor,and the PLC is used as the controller to automatically adjust the speed of the motor according to the real-time load of the belt conveyor,so as to realize the slow rotation of the motor at light load and fast rotation at full load to achieve the purpose of energy saving.In addition,the system is also equipped with a comprehensive belt protection device,which improves the safety and reliability of the belt conveyor.
