预焙阳极表面清洁装置中振动的利用与预防

摘要 预焙阳极表面清洁装置利用气动冲击清理表面烧结残渣,冲击振动又对装置零部件有一定的影响。介绍了一种钢丝绳减振器,应用这种钢丝绳减振器,在预焙阳极表面清洁装置气动冲击清渣过程中能够有效吸纳剩余冲击功,削弱气动冲击元件冲击运动的各向不利振动传递。通过计算得出该钢丝绳减振器在适当的振动峰值响应频率时可以防止系统产生共振。这种钢丝绳减振器在实际应用中减振、隔振效果良好,有效保护了冲击振动对整机和零部件的不利影响,可以延长装置和零部件的使用寿命,消除一定的安全隐患;同时这种钢丝绳减振器还可以吸收噪声,阻断噪声传播,保护作业者身心健康。 The pre baked anode surface cleaning device uses pneumatic impact to clean the sintered residue on the surface,while the impact vibration has a certain impact on the device components.This paper introduces a kind of wire rope shock absorber.By using the wire rope damper,the residual impact energy can be effectively absorbed during the pneumatic impact slag cleaning process of the pre baked anode surface cleaning device,and the adverse vibration transmission of the impact motion of the pneumatic impact element can be weakened.Through the calculation,it is concluded that the wire rope shock absorber can prevent the resonance of the system when the vibration peak response frequency is appropriate.This kind of wire rope shock absorber has good effect of vibration reduction and isolation in practical application,effectively protecting the adverse effects of impact vibration on the whole machine and parts,extending the service life of devices and parts,eliminating certain potential safety hazards;at the same time,the wire rope shock absorber can also absorb noise,block the transmission of noise,and protect the physical and mental health of operators.
