基于新形势下控制消防与节能造价成本的论证

摘要 随着最近关于节能、防火、绿建的新版规范施行,民用建筑中对外窗及外墙保温的热工以及防火性能要求变得越来越高,这就对设计提出了更高要求。面对这一变化,设计者需积极应对,在符合相关规范的前提下做到最大的合理化。本文将以济南某项目为例,结合实际对项目实地的外墙保温材料及外窗材料进行对比分析,总结出了符合现阶段新形势下的选择方案,给相关从业者提出一些参考建议。 With the implementation of the new version of specifications on energy conservation,fire prevention and green construction,the thermal process and fire protection performance requirements of exterior window and exterior wall insulation in civil buildings become higher,which puts forward higher requirements for design.In the face of this change,designers need to actively respond and achieve maximal rationalization under the premise of complying with relevant specifications.This paper will take a project in Ji’nan as an example,compare and analyze the exterior wall insulation materials and exterior window materials in the project site in combination with the actual situation,summarize the options in line with the new situation at the present stage,and put forward some reference suggestions for relevant practitioners.
