BIM技术在工程造价管理中的应用效益研究

Research on Application Benefit of BIM Technology in Engineering Cost Management

随着科学技术的发展,我国的BIM技术有了很大进展,并在工程造价管理中得到了广泛的应用。为有效解决上述问题,在建筑工程项目实施的全阶段中要应用BIM技术推进造价管理模式变革,更新造价管理信息化手段,从而实现对工程造价全过程的把控。本文首先分析了BIM技术概念,其次探讨了传统建筑工程造价管理工作中问题,最后就BIM技术在工程造价管理中的应用路径进行研究,以供参考。

With the development of science and technology,BIM technology in China has made great progress and has been widely used in engineering cost management.In order to effectively solve the above problems,BIM technology should be applied in the whole stage of construction engineering project implementation to promote the reform of cost management mode and update the cost management informatization means,so as to realize the engineering cost control during the whole process.This paper first analyzes the concept of BIM technology,then discusses the problems in traditional construction engineering cost management,and finally studies the application path of BIM technology in engineering cost management,for reference.
