Exploration of Renovation and Upgrading of Old Building Exterior Wall Through Natural StonePaint Spraying

老旧建筑外墙随年代增长,质量缺陷逐渐增多,外墙面装饰效果不佳,质量问题较多。本文以一栋单体外墙面改造提升实际情况为例,采用剔除空鼓、找补墙面、封闭底漆、挂网等办法,彻底解决了原外墙装饰面脱落、渗水等问题,提升了外立面观感。该工程的实践证明了该方案的可行性,为其他老旧工程外墙改造提供了借鉴。

With the prolonging time,the exterior wall of old buildings has increasing quality defects,the exterior wall decoration effect is not good,with many quality problems.This paper takes the actual situation of the renovation and upgrading of a single building exterior wall as an example,and adopts methods such as removing empty drums,finding and repairing the wall,sealing prime paint,and hanging net,which completely solve the problems of falling off and water seepage of the original exterior wall decoration,and improves the appearance of the facade.The practice of this project proves the feasibility of the scheme and provides reference for the renovation of the exterior walls of other old projects.
