目前,公路行业建设项目的《公路工程工程量清单计价规范》还未正式发布,仅有报部的报批稿,而养护工程的清单计价标准在全国仅有少数省份出台了地方标准,如浙江省、云南省、湖南省等,目前类似大型国有企业,类似高速公路项目还缺少相关的企业标准。国际上土木工程施工设计阶段主要采用工程量清单计价模式,我国土木工程建设项目的工程量清单计价模式主要借鉴英国模式。

At present,the“Criterion of Valuation with Bill Quantity for Highway Engineering”for highway industry construction projects has not been officially released,only the draft for approval by the Ministry.For the list evaluation standard of maintenance engineering,there are only local standards issued in a few provinces in China,such as Zhejiang Province,Yunnan Province,Hunan Province.At present,similar large-scale state-owned enterprises and similar expressway projects also lack relevant enterprise standards.Internationally,the engineering quantity list valuation mode is mainly adopted in the civil engineering construction design stage,and the engineering quantity list valuation mode of civil engineering construction projects in China mainly adopts the British mode.
