压气机试验器大扩张角进气系统数值模拟

Numerical Simulation for Intake System with Wide Angle Diffuser of a Compressor Test Rig

摘要 本文对压气机试验器大扩张角进气系统进行了数值模拟,结果表明:导流锥及两道球面孔板较好抑制了扩压段分离流动,进气系统出口截面流场品质满足设计要求及相关标准。对比不同流量下的流场参数,显示该进气系统具有较宽的流量工作范围。 In this paper,numerical simulation for the intake system with wide angle diffuser of a compressor test rig is performed.The results show that:the separation flow in the diffuser is well restrained because of the function of a spinner and two spherical perforated plates.Flow field quality on outlet of the intake system meets design requirements and relevant standards.By comparing the flow field parameters under different flow rates,the intake system has a wide working range for flow rates.
