摘要
在核燃料元件制造中理化性能检测是重要的质量控制手段,然而由于检测方法特殊、行业敏感、检测项目多、合规要求高等原因,实验室信息化存在一定难度。本文基于实验室信息管理系统(LIMS)建设完整的核燃料元件理化检测数字化实验室,提出了总体的架构和设计方案,针对能力库架构、跨网络数据采集等关键技术难点提出了解决方案,并对主要功能模块的设计进行了介绍。
Physical and chemical performance testing is an important quality control tool in the manufacture of nuclear fuel elements,but laboratory informatization is difficult due to special testing methods,industry sensitivity,many testing items and high compliance requirements.Based on the Laboratory Information Management System(LIMS),this paper constructs a complete digital laboratory for physical and chemical testing of nuclear fuel elements,puts forward the overall architecture and design scheme,proposes solutions for key technical difficulties such as capability library architecture and cross-network data collection,and introduces the design of main functional modules.
