摘要
随着现代信息技术在社会生活中的普遍应用,档案管理工作开始向电子化、信息化、数据化发展。但是档案管理风险也在不断增加,存在的风险问题是影响档案安全管理的关键所在。所以严格规范档案管理流程,构建档案安全体系,有效防范安全风险是现代档案管理者必须面对和解决的课题。
With the widespread application of modern information technology in social life,archives management has begun to develop towards electronic,information-based and data-based direction.However,the risk of archives management is also increasing,and the existing risk problem is the key to affecting the archives security management.Therefore,strictly standardizing the archives management process,construction of archives security system,and effectively preventing security risks are issues that modern archivists must face and solve.
