硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗妊娠期高血压患者的临床效果研究

Clinical Effect of Magnesium Sulfate Combined with Nifedipine in the Treatment of Hypertensive Patients during Pregnancy

探讨了硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗妊娠期高血压患者的临床效果。选择2019年12月一2021年12月在聊城市东昌府区妇幼保健院接受治疗的100例妊娠期高血压患者进行研究。按照随机数字表法对所有患者进行分组,每组各50例。对照组给予硫酸镁治疗,研究组给予硫酸镁+硝苯地平治疗。比较两组临床效果,记录治疗前后患者的血压(收缩压、舒张压)、尿蛋白(4h尿蛋白、尿钙黏蛋白、尿激肽原I)水平。研究发现,硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗妊娠期高血压效果理想,可调节患者的血压、尿蛋白水平及血流动力学,改善其妊娠结局,值得在临床得到推广运用。

explore the clinical effect of magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine in the treatment of hypertensive patients during pregnancy.We selected 100 patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy who were treated in the East Hightech Zone Hospital of Jinan from December 2019 to December 2021 for the study.All patients were divided into groups by simple random number table,with 50 patients in each group.The control group was treated with magnesium sulfate,while the study group was treated with magnesium sulfate+nifedipine.Compare the clinical effects of the two groups,record the blood pressure(systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure),urinary protein(4h urinary protein,urinary cadherin,urinary kallidinogen I)and hemodynamic changes of the patients before and after treatment.The study found that magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine has an ideal ffect in the treatment of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.It can regulate the blood pressure,urinary protein level and hemodynamics of patients,improve their pregnancy outcomes,and is worthy of being widely used in clinical practice.
