噬血细胞综合征患儿的护理研究

总结了噬血细胞综合征患儿的临床发病特点,探讨了高效的临床护理方式。对苏州大学附属儿童医院收治的噬血细胞综合征患儿的临床护理资料进行回顾性分析,并整理了噬血细胞综合征患儿的临床工作内容。在噬血细胞综合征患儿中,有部分患儿出现持续高热及肝脾肿大的病症,同时部分患儿有淋巴结肿大、呼吸系统紊乱以及消化道出血、中枢神经系统病症的多种表现。这些噬血细胞综合征患儿存在比较突出的肝功能损害现象,同时患儿的全血细胞有所减少,出现了凝血功能障碍问题。以噬血细胞综合征患儿的临床表现为依据,采取全方位的护理措施,帮助患儿减轻病痛,可以有效促进护理质量的提高,在临床护理中具有重要意义。

To summarize the clinical features of hemophagocytic syndrome in children,and explore the effective clinical nursing methods.The clinical nursing data of children with hemophagocytic syndrome admitted to the Children's Hospital of Soochow University were analyzed retrospectively,and the clinical work contents of children with hemophagocytic syndrome were sorted out.In children with hemophagocytic syndrome,some children have persistent high fever and hepatosplenomegaly,while some children have multiple manifestations of lymphadenopathy,respiratory system disorder,gastrointestinal hemorrhage and central nervous system disease.These children with hemophagocytic syndrome have prominent liver function damage,and their whole blood cells have decreased,resulting in coagulation dysfunction.Based on the clinical manifestations of children with hemophagocytic syndrome,taking comprehensive nursing measures to help children alleviate pain can effectively promote the improvement of nursing quality,which is of great significance in clinical nursing.
