综合护理对剖宫产麻醉产妇不良情绪及并发症的影响

Influence of Comprehensive Nursing on Adverse Mood and Complications of Cesarean Section Anesthesia Parturients

探讨了综合护理对剖宫产麻醉产妇不良情绪及并发症的影响。选取2020年6月-2022年6月华池县人民医院收治的82例剖宫产麻醉产妇作为研究对象,采取随机数字抽签法将所有研究对象分为两组,每组各41例。对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组实施综合护理干预,评价两组产妇的不良情绪评分,观察并发症发生情况,记录手术及恢复指标。结果显示,产前及产后两组产妇SAS评分、SDS评分逐渐降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组手术时间、术中出血量、术后24h流血量及术后恢复各指标耗费时间明显少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为4.88%,明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究表明,针对剖宫产麻醉产妇展开综合护理干预,护理效果良好,能帮助产妇尽早恢复出院,值得临床推广。

To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on the adverse mood and complications of cesarean section anest6hesia.Select 82 cases of cesarean section anesthetized pregnant women admitted to Huachi County People's Hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 as the study subjects,and divide all the study subjects into two groups by random number drawing,with 41 cases in each group.Routine nursing intervention was performed in the control group,comprehensive nursing intervention was performed in the observation group,adverse mood scores of the two groups were evaluated,complications were observed,and operation and recovery indicators were recorded.The results showed that the SAS score and SDS score of the two groups decreased gradually before and after delivery,and the observation group was lower than the control group at the same time(P<0.05);The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,24h postoperative blood loss and recovery time of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.88%,significantly lower than 19.51%in the control group(P<0.05).It can be seen that comprehensive nursing intervention for cesarean section anesthetized women has obvious nursing effect and can promote the recovery of women from hospital as soon as possible,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
