磁共振成像与CT诊断脑梗死并脑出血的临床效果比较及价值分析

摘要 研究了磁共振成像与CT诊断脑梗死并脑出血的临床效果及价值。选择广元市中心医院于2020年1月-2022年1月接收的60例脑梗死并脑出血患者作为研究对象,将其分为两组,一组患者接受磁共振成像(MRI)诊断,另一组患者接受CT诊断,分析两组患者的诊断效果和价值。结果显示,MRI诊断方式对不同部位脑梗死检出率均高于CT诊断方式,其中,小脑、顶叶、基底组间对比有统计学意义(P<0.05),但脑室、丘脑以及基底节区组间对比无统计学意义(P>0.05).同时,MRI诊断方式检查特异性47(78.33%)、敏感性56(93.33%)以及准确性57(95.00%)均高于CT组(P<0.05)。研究表明,运用MRI诊断检出率高于CT诊断,但是临床医生可根据患者的实际状况,综合运用MRI+CT的方式对脑梗死并脑出血患者进行诊断。 Objective:To study the clinical effect and value of MRI and CT in the diagnosis of cerebral infarction with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:60 patients with cerebral infarction and intracerebral hemorrhage who were treated in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected.All patients were diagnosed by magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)and CT,and the diagnostic effect and value were analyzed.Results:the detection rate of cerebral infarction in different parts by MRI was higher than that by CT.Among them,the cerebellum,parietal lobe and basal ganglia were compared(P<0.05),but the ventricles,thalamus and basal ganglia were compared(P>0.05);The specificity sensitivity and accuracy of MRI were 47(78.33%),56(93.33%)and 57(95.00%)higher than those of CT group(P<0.05).Conclusion:the detection rate of MRI diagnosis is higher than that of CT diagnosis,but clinicians can use MRI diagnosis+CT diagnosis according to the actual situation of patients.It is of high value and can be used in the diagnosis of cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage.
