泮托拉唑、生长抑素联合凝血酶冻干粉治疗急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血的临床疗效分析

Clinical Efficacy of Pantoprazole,Somatostatin and Thrombin Lyophilized Powder in the Treatment of Acute Non-varicose Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding

探究了泮托拉唑、生长抑素联合凝血酶冻干粉治疗急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血的临床疗效及影响。选择潜江市熊口镇中心卫生院于2021年3月-2021年10月收治的92例急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血患者作为研究对象,将其分为研究组(n=46,实行泮托拉唑、生长抑素联合凝血酶冻干粉治疗)与对照组(n=46,实行单一泮托拉唑治疗),比较两组各项临床指标、不良反应发生情况。结果显示,研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),凝血功能指标、血液流变学指标优于对照组(P<0.05);不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,泮托拉唑、生长抑素联合凝血酶冻干粉治疗急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血的疗效显著,可迅速缓解患者症状,可在临床上广泛应用。

To explore the clinical efficacy and influence of pantoprazole,somatostatin and thrombin lyophilized powder in the treatment of acute non-varicose upper gastrointestinal bleeding.92 patients with acute non-varicose upper gastrointestinal bleeding admitted by Qianjiang Xiongkou Central Health Center from March 2021 to October 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the study group(n=46,treated with pantoprazole,somatostatin and thrombin lyophilized powder)and the control group(n=46,treated with single pantoprazole),and the clinical indicators and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.The results showed that the total effective rate of patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the indexes of coagulation fimction and hemorheology were better than those in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The study found that pantoprazole,somatostatin and thrombin freeze-dried powder have good curative effect in treating acute non-varicose upper gastrointestinal bleeding,can rapidly relieve the symptoms of patients,and can be widely used in clinical practice.
