冠心病介入治疗后实施心脏康复护理的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Cardiac Rehabilitation Nursing after Coronary Intervention

分析了冠心病介入治疗后对患者实施心脏康复护理的临床效果。选择保定第七医院于2020年3月-11月收治疗的62例冠心病患者作为研究对象,并通过随机双盲法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组31例患者。对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理的基础上介入心脏康复护理,并对两组患者的临床效果进行对比。研究发现,冠心病患者在接受介入治疗后,对其实施心脏康复护理,能明显改善患者的各项临床指标及心肺功能,降低血压水平,减少并发症的发生,有效提高其生活质量。

The clinical effect of cardiac rehabilitation nursing after coronary intervention was analyzed.Sixty-two patients with coronary heart disease who were treated by Baoding Seventh Hospital from March to November 2020 were selected as the study subjects,and were randomly divided into control group and observation group by double-blind method,with 31 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing,and the patients in the observation group were given cardiac rehabilitation nursing on the basis of routine nursing,and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.It can be seen that cardiac rehabilitation nursing for patients with coronary heart disease after receiving interventional treatment can significantly improve the clinical indicators and cardiopulmonary function of patients,reduce blood pressure level,reduce the occurrence of complications,and effectively improve their quality of life.
