农业类高职“机械制图”课程教学改革探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of Teaching Reform of“Mechanical Drawing”in Agricultural Higher Vocational Education

【目的】为培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人,加快推进教育现代化、建设教育强国、办好人民满意的教育。【方法】笔者利用专业基础课受众面广的特点,在“机械制图”课程中进行“三全育人”教学改革,组建课程教学育人团队,建构课程教学育人体系,并结合农业类高职院校就业特点,确定家国情怀、“三农”情怀、工匠精神、职业素养四方面的育人维度。【结果】苏州农业职业技术学院经过教学改革与实践,确定了“立足苏南、服务‘三农’”的人才培养目标,培养了一批具有正确的工程伦理观、良好的职业素养、励志建设更好的“三农”、德才兼备且具备一技之长的高技能专业人才。【结论】在高校进行教学改革,实现课程思政和思政课程的同向同行,可以切实有效地提高立德树人的教学成效。

[Objective]In order to train socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique,beauty and labor,speed up the modernization of education,build a strong country in education,and run education to the satisfaction of the people.[Method]Taking advantage of the wide audience of the specialized basic courses,the author carried out the“three complete education”teaching reform in the“Mechanical Drawing”,established the curriculum teaching education team,constructed the curriculum education teaching system,and combined with the employment characteristics of agricultural vocational colleges,determined the four dimensions of education,namely,the feelings of family and country,the“three rural”feelings,the craftsman spirit,and professional quality.[Result]Through teaching reform and practice,Suzhou Agricultural Vocational and Technical College has determined the talent training goal of“based on southern Jiangsu and serving the‘three rural’”,and has cultivated a group of highly skilled professionals with correct engineering ethics,good professional quality,encouraging the construction of better“three rural”,and both moral and talent and with one skill.[Conclusion]To carry out teaching reform in colleges and universities and realize the same direction of ideological and political courses and ideological and political courses can effectively improve the teaching effectiveness of moral education.
