Exploration of the Construction and Countermeasures of Crisis Management Mechanism in Colleges and Universities in the New Media Era

在社会快速发展的背景下,互联网技术在社会各个领域被广泛应用,以网络媒体、手机媒体为代表的新媒体在很大程度上转变了传统媒体的信息传播形式,推动新媒体时代的到来。这使大学生的生活随之出现潜在危机,想让大学生通过互联网全面了解世界,就应构建高校危机管理机制,促进大学生综合素质的发展以及理想人格的塑造。文章基于新媒体时代高校危机管理的相关概念与类型、存在问题,对高校危机管理机制建构对策进行论述。

In the context of the rapid development of society,Internet technology is widely used in various fields of society.The new media represented by network media and mobile media have largely changed the form of information transmission of traditional media and promoted the arrival of the new media era.This leads to a potential crisis in college students'lives.If college students want to fully understand the world through the Internet,they should build a crisis management mechanism in colleges and universities to promote the development of college students'comprehensive quality and the shaping of their ideal personality.Based on the relevant concepts,types and existing problems of university crisis management in the new media era,this paper discusses the construction and countermeasures of university crisis management mechanism.
