高校“社区工作”课程项目化教学改革探索

为全面贯彻落实国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的发展要求,中共中央及国务院深刻把握新时代社会发展规律,陆续出台有关社会治理及社会服务的相关政策。在此背景下,优化社区工作服务体系,培养高素质社区工作人才队伍显得尤为重要。文章提出应用型院校通过与社工机构及政府部门展开校社合作、政校合作,将实务课程进行“项目化”管理,以便在促进学生实务能力提高的同时,能够增强社工机构专业服务能力,助力地区社会治理能力提升。

In order to fully implement the development requirements of the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity,the CPC central committee and the state council have deeply grasped the laws of social development in the new era,and have successively issued relevant policies on social governance and social services.In this context,it is particularly important to optimize the community work service system and cultivate high-quality community work talents.The article proposes that application-oriented colleges and universities should carry out"project-based"management of practical courses through school-community cooperation and political-school cooperation with social work institutions and government departments,so as to enhance the professional service ability of social work institutions and promote the improvement of regional social governance ability while promoting the improvement of students'practical ability.
