劳动是社会走向繁荣的重要途径,也是促进社会发展的重要途径。自党的“十八大”召开以来,劳动教育受到前所未有的重视,其对实现立德树人的根本任务具有关键性作用。弘扬劳动精神,培养学生尊重劳动、热爱劳动的优秀品质是教育工作者的共同心愿,是坚定不移推进中国特色社会主义建设的需要。文章论述立德树人背景下实施劳动教育的重要性,分析各级教育机构实施劳动教育的现状,探索劳动教育助力立德树人的实施策略,以提高劳动教育质量,促进青少年学生健康成长。

Labor is an important way for society to prosper and promote social development.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,labor education has received unprecedented attention,which plays a key role in realizing the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people.It is the common aspiration of educators to carry forward the spirit of labor and cultivate students'excellent quality of respecting and loving labor,which is the need to unswervingly promote the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The article discusses the importance of implementing labor education under the background of foster character and civic virtue,analyzes the current situation of implementing labor education in educational institutions at all levels,and explores the implementation strategies of labor education to help foster character and civic virtue,so as to improve the quality of labor education and promote the healthy growth of young students.
