Based on the industry characteristics and advantages of medical university and the discipline attribute of public service management specialty,the article clarifies the talent training objectives,optimizes the talent training program,strengthens the construction of teachers,improves the quality assurance system,enriches the educational forms,teaching methods and teaching means,and runs the party history learning and education through the whole process of public service management talent training,to solve the problem of the lack of pertinence,systematism,scientificity and effectiveness of the Party history learning and education integrated into the professional course teaching,and provide reference information and experience for the reform and practice of the Party history learning and education integrated into the professional course teaching of college students.
