Research on the Development and Innovation of Youth Voluntary Service under the New Situation

志愿服务是一项推动社会发展的利他活动,当前青少年志愿服务活动已成为促进青少年成长的重要载体之一。文章概括我国青少年志愿服务的发展脉络,分析青少年志愿服务发展的瓶颈问题,并从内、外两个视角对青少年志愿服务体系建设提出建议,以期提高青少年志愿服务活动的质量,让更多青少年主动融入社会并适应社会,实现全面发展、健康成长。

Volunteer service is an altruistic activity to promote social development.At present,youth voluntary service has become one of the important carriers to promote youth growth.The article summarizes the development of youth voluntary service in China,analyzes the bottleneck problems in the development of youth voluntary service,and puts forward suggestions on the construction of youth voluntary service system from both internal and external perspectives,with a view to improving the quality of youth voluntary service activities,allowing more young people to actively integrate into society and adapt to society,and achieving comprehensive development and healthy growth.
