摘要
绘画是人们表达思想的一种方式,正念绘画是通过艺术进行冥想,其可应用于心理健康教育中。在具体教学中,教师可以“房树人”绘画作为测试学生心理健康水平的工具,以正念曼陀罗涂色绘画提升学生的专注力,以正念禅绕画帮助学生舒缓压力,以正念“接力画”活动提升学生的人际交往能力。文章结合正念绘画治疗理论和实践案例,探究正念绘画治疗在美术课堂中的应用策略,分享实践感悟,以此提升学生的心理健康水平,为心理健康教育提供方法借鉴。
Painting is a way for people to express their thoughts.Mindfulness painting is meditation through art,which can be applied to mental health education.In specific teaching,teachers can use"fang shuren"painting as a tool to test students'mental health,improve students'concentration with mindfulness mantra painting training,help students relieve pressure with mindfulness Zen painting,and improve students'interpersonal skills with mindfulness"relay painting"activities.Combining the theory and practical cases of mindfulness painting therapy,the article explores the application strategies of mindfulness painting therapy in art classes,and shares practical insights,so as to improve students'mental health level and provide methods for mental health education.
