基于网络招聘数据的高职通信专业人才需求调研及培养研究

通信行业是驱动经济和社会发展的重要引擎。明确通信行业用人单位对高技能人才的需求可以为高等职业教育改革提供重要参考。文章通过运用网络爬虫技术,采集主流招聘网站上通信行业用人单位面向高职应届毕业生的人才招聘信息,基于采集到的5945条数据,针对面向高职通信应届毕业生的相关企业、岗位和人才需求3个方面开展数据挖掘和文本分析,以探讨通信产业界对高职应届毕业生的关键能力需求,并结合研究结论与通信产业特点提出高职通信技术人才培养建议。

Communication industry is the important engine to economic and social development.A clear demand for high-skilled talents in communication industry would provide important referential value for the of higher vocational education reform.This study focus on the collection of recruitment information of communication industry for new graduates in higher vocational colleges on mainstream recruitment websites via the use of web crawler technology.Based on the collected 5945 pieces of data,data mining and text analysis are carried out in three aspects:the relevant enterprises,positions and talent requirements for the graduates of higher vocational communication,and the key required abilities for the of higher vocational graduates in communication industry.Based on the research conclusions and the characteristics of the communication industry,this paper proposed suggestions for the training of communication technology talents in higher vocational colleges.
