摘要 火灾调查工作是一项专业性、系统性、综合性很强的工作,所要调查的内容众多,不仅需要勘查火灾事故现场,收集整理相关目击者的信息,还需要对数据信息进行综合分析,在了解详情的基础上科学判断火灾发生的原因,全面准确地搜集调查证据,追究相关人员的法律责任,并为后续火灾调查工作的开展提供可靠的参考依据。如果仍旧沿用传统单一的火灾调查工作模式,不仅难以有效提升工作效率和工作质量,影响火灾调查工作的有序推进,还无法适应新时期火灾调查工作的总体要求,也无法满足消防部门的高质量发展需求。所以,在开展火灾调查工作时,需要积极推广应用数字影像技术、计算机模拟技术、计算机绘图技术、现代传媒视听技术等各种先进的信息技术,确保火灾调查工作高效率、高质量完成,消除火灾安全隐患,减少火灾事故发生的概率。 Fire investigation is a highly professional,systematic and comprehensive work,which involves a lot of investigation.It not only needs to survey the scene of the fire accident,collect and sort out the information and data of relevant witnesses,but also needs to comprehensively analyze the data and information,scientifically judge the cause of the fire on the basis of understanding the details,collect comprehensive and accurate investigation evidence,and investigate the legal responsibilities of relevant personnel,It also provides reliable reference for the followup fire investigation.If the traditional and single fire investigation work mode is still used,it is not only difficult to effectively improve the work efficiency and quality,affect the orderly progress of fire investigation work,but also unable to adapt to the overall requirements of fire investigation work in the new era,and also unable to meet the highquality development needs of the fire department.Therefore,when carrying out fire investigation work,it is necessary to actively promote the application of various advanced information technologies such as digital image technology,computer simulation technology,computer graphics technology,modern media audio-visual technology,to ensure the efficient and high-quality completion of fire investigation work,eliminate fire safety hazards,and reduce the probability of fire accidents.
