摘要
文章从加强顶层设计、坚持人民至上、完善配套体系等几个方面,探索了数字技术赋能城市基层精细化治理的模式,以期能够助推国家治理体系和治理能力现代化。
The article explores the model of digital technology enabling urban grassroots fine governance from several aspects,such as strengthening top-level design,adhering to the people first,and improving the supporting system,in order to promote the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity.
