摘要
西部民族地区对外经济文化交流的日益频繁彰显了少数民族外语人才培养的重要性和紧迫性。我国西部少数民族与边境国家有着语言一致、近缘和熟悉的特色。CLIL作为内容和语言融合的教学模式,将外语学习和学科内容学习进行科学融合,为语言能力、思辨能力、学科探索和跨文化能力的协同发展创造了有利条件。利用西部少数民族的区域语言优势,以及少数民族作为多语习得者的习得特征,以CLIL内容语言融合的模式突出语言能力和学科知识的双聚焦,能够有效培养少数民族大学生的多元语言文化意识、多语能力、以语言探索学科的能力和跨文化交际能力,实现西部少数民族复合型外语人才的培养目标。
The increasing international economic and cultural communication reveals the importance and emergency of the cultivation of ethnic foreign talents.The minorities in western China and the boundary countries have the language application features of identity,similarity,familiarity.As an integrative model of content and language,CLIL integrates the disciplinary content into foreign language learning,thus benefiting the mutual development of language competence,critical thinking,academic exploration ability and inter-cultural communication competence.Exploitation of regional language advantages and the acquisition characters as multilingual learners,in combination with the double focus of language competence and academic knowledge helps cultivate the multi-language and culture awareness,multilingual competence,academic exploration with language and inter-cultural communication competence,thus achieving the ethnic education goal of cultivation of cross-disciplinary foreign language talents.
