大数据伦理问题相关研究综述

A Review of Relevant Research on Big Data Ethical Issues

文章综述了国内外大数据伦理方面的相关研究,着重关注大数据引发的伦理问题和相关的对策。目前,大数据相关的研究中涉及的伦理问题比较广泛,主要包括隐私、知识产权和数据权利、信息安全、信息污染、数字鸿沟和数据独裁等问题;所涉及的解决对策包括具体操作层面的对策和主体意识层面的对策。分析表明,国内大数据伦理方面未来的研究可以扩展和深入到更多的领域,用具体的实例来加以分析,并提出针对不同领域的具体解决对策。

This paper reviews the relevant research on big data ethics at home and abroad,focusing on the ethical problems caused by big data and relevant countermeasures.At present,the research related to big data involves a wide range of ethical issues,including privacy,intellectual property rights and data rights,information security,information pollution,digital divide and data dictatorship.The countermeasures involved include the countermeasures of concrete operation and the countermeasures of subject consciousness.The analysis shows that the future research on big data ethics in China can be expanded and deepened into more fields,analyzed with specific examples,and put forward specific solutions for different fields.
